Did You Know...

•Fraternities and sororities do not exist in Britain. I had to explain to my co-workers what they were and get the Animal House stereotype out of their heads
•Can’t find lobster anywhere or microwave popcorn
•“Dodgy” is a common word for the American phrase “hit or miss”
•"Quid” is like saying “bucks”
•College means high school
•The word mobile is used instead of cell
•I’ve heard Glenna refer to toilet paper as a “loo roll” on multiple occasions
•British people do not say “what’s up”
•American music was played in every European country I visited
